FAQ: Everything You Need to Know About Membership in the Swimming Pool Association.

Thanks to our large membership, we are able to keep membership fees low. Adult membership costs €35 per person, while children and teens up to age 18 pay €25. A family membership for 2 adults and up to 5 children is available for just €70. It’s definitely worth it!!
By submitting your application, you become a member of our club. As with any club, you’ll pay membership dues. These are typically collected via direct debit. The “bonus” of our club is not only that your membership helps keep the pool in such excellent condition, but also that you get free admission every season!
We always deduct your membership fee on February 15 of the current season.
We'll mail your membership card to you in April so you can hit the ground running right at the start of the outdoor swimming season.
The outdoor pool does not sell annual passes. BUT: All members of the swimming club get free admission to the outdoor pool—EVERY season!

Just get in touch with us, either by email (bv-kevelaer@web.de) or through the contact form on this website.
Is your information still up to date? Has your address changed? If so, your card has likely been returned to us. We collect all “returned cards” and give them to the lifeguards at the start of the outdoor pool season. This way, you can get your card quickly and easily. Don’t forget your ID. Has nothing changed? Everyone makes mistakes sometimes—even the mail service. Just contact us, and we’ll take care of a replacement quickly and easily.
If the payment didn't go through, your current card will be temporarily deactivated. Please contact us, and we'll find a solution!
If you lose your card, please contact us immediately (bv-kevelaer@web.de). We’ll deactivate your card so that no one else can use it to enter the outdoor pool. We’ll also send you a replacement as soon as possible! After all, we want you back in the water in no time!
After many years of annual participation and countless hours of volunteer work, we too are embracing digital progress. As part of a reorganization of the entrance area at the outdoor pool, starting in October 2026, membership applications can only be completed and submitted online. You will then receive a message from us confirming receipt of your information. As soon as we have entered everything into our system, we will set up the direct debit for February 15, 2027.
