Preparations are already in full swing and a lot of work had been carried out. For example, another section of the pool liner in the non-swimmers' pool was replaced by the pool association's technical team. This required extensive work on the bottom of the pool before the new liner could be applied.
The single ticket for adults now costs 5 euros (previously 3 euros), children and young people between the ages of 4 and 17 continue to pay 2 euros for a one-way ticket. What is new, however, is that admission is now only free for children up to and including the age of three (previously children up to and including the age of five). The after-work rate (from 6 p.m.) has also been increased from 2 euros to 2.50 euros.
With your Bäderverein membership card you and your family get free admission to the outdoor pool Kevelaer ... for the whole season. Would you like to become a member of the Bäderverein? In the period from May 4 to July 20, 2024 (except for the fair on May 11), board members and volunteer members of the pool association will be available every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in person at the outdoor pool. Please fill out the registration form (can be downloaded here) and bring it along. The membership fee for this season must be paid in cash. Please give us a direct debit authorization so that we can collect future fees from your account. Next year the membership cards will be sent automatically to the address given.
Our youngest guests can look forward to new U3 play equipment for the outdoor pool season 2024. A toddler seesaw, a mini slide and a crawling passageway have already been installed. In addition, two new play panels have been added: a dice wheel and a beech letter wheel have been installed on the fence directly next to the toddler pool. The construction was financed by Bäderverein Kevelaer e.V.

Organizer Hans-Gerd Joosten is already pointing out that the
next flea market will take place on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Members of the Bäderverein can register “exclusively” for this flea market from January 2 to 31, 2025 with Hans-Gerd-Joosten (Tel. 02832/70397) for a maximum of two slots.
